My education and qualifications are: The people and diversity of cultures make Stockton a great place to live. I stress the commitment to family values and ensuring the safety of the citizens of our community. I have advocated for the process of open government, which is why I have asked the tough questions concerning:

Privatization - Fiscal accountability for the arena/ballpark project - Protection of citizensí personal property rights - Supporting small businesses - Involvement of Council in budgetary processes.

Maintaining high standards, a credible work ethic and making City Management accountable, will ensure the integrity of our cityís leadership.

As a parent and community representative, I remain committed to the challenge of helping all of our citizens. This includes our Youth, persons with Special Needs and Seniors. I want to ensure health and safety for our people; a fair and open process of government; maintain existing infrastructure and roads; and improve the discipline and accountability for public projects.

I graduated, with a Degree in Business Administration, from U.O.P. and received my M.B.A. in Finance. This education, along with my experience in Banking and Retail Management, has enabled me to understand and ask the tough financial questions.

Thank you to the District 1 citizens who have entrusted me as your Council representative. I thank God for the privilege to serve my community and for my strong family support ñ my wife of 20 years, Doreen and my sons Danny 16 and Paul 14.

I ask for your continued support and opportunity to serve on the City Council.

Mi educación y calificaciones son: El pueblo y la diversidad cultural de Stockton hacen que sea un gran lugar para vivir. Hago hincapié en los valores familiares y en garantizar la seguridad de los ciudadanos de nuestra comunidad. He abogado por el proceso de un gobierno abierto razón por la cual he formulado las preguntas difíciles sobre:

La Privatización - La Responsabilidad Fiscal en el proyecto del estadio deportivo y campo de pelota - La Protección de los derechos que tienen los ciudadanos a la propiedad privada - Respaldar las pequeñas empresas - La Participación del Concejo en el proceso presupuestario. Si Mantenemos altas normas, una ética de trabajo creíble, y si le pedimos cuentas a la Administración de la Ciudad, garantizaremos la integridad de los líderes de nuestra ciudad. Como padre y representante comunitario, sigo comprometido a los retos de ayudarles a todos nuestros ciudadanos. Esto incluye a nuestros Jóvenes, a las personas con Necesidades Especiales y a las Personas Mayores. Quiero garantizar la salud y la seguridad de todo nuestro pueblo; un proceso gubernamental justo y abierto; mantener la infraestructura y las carreteras actuales; y mejorar la disciplina y la responsabilidad fiscal en todos los proyectos públicos.

Me gradué, con un Grado en Administración de Empresas de la U.O.P. (la Universidad del Pacífico) y obtuve mi Maestría en Finanzas. Esta preparación académica, junto con mi experiencia bancaria y en la administración de ventas al menudeo, me ha permitido comprender y hacer las preguntas difíciles respecto a las finanzas. Agradezco a los ciudadanos del Distrito 1 que me han depositado su confianza para ser su representante en el Concejo. Le doy gracias a Dios por el privilegio de servir a mi comunidad y por el fuerte apoyo familiar que tengo ñ mi esposa por 20 años, Doreen y mis hijos Danny de 16 años y Paul de 14.
