The above web site features my financial concerns.

We will need another 125,000 acre feet of water by 2030. Conservation will play a large part of this. The existing District plans in this area appear sound. I support them.

I support The Clean, Safe Creeks program.

I do not support the pending ordinance 06-1. Much of this ordinance has nothing to do stream / creek protection. For instance, thee cubic feet of earthwork requires a permit. This requires an environmental assessment. The permit is subjet to CEQA (California Environmental Qauality Act). The ordinance puts the District in the Land Use business. The District is not a Land Use agency.
