Even though I'm a somewhat tech-savvy college student, I think communication over the internet is dismally impersonal. Anyone can say something on the internet to make themselves look good upon first glance, but if you're going to vote for someone for a local office, you should be able to speak with them so that they can remember your voice as they represent you.
