To fill seat vacated by the resignation of Randy "Duke" Cunningham. If no candidate receives over 50% of votes cast, a run-off election will be held with the top candidate from each party. If necessary, the run-off election will be consolidated with the regular Primary Election on June 6. The winner from this election will serve the remainder of the current term that expires January 3, 2007.
