Approximately 50 years of past success should lead to more success in the future.
I will bring about 50 years of success in developing successful programs within government to solutions to current problems that lead to greater opportunities for success in the future.

From success in moving civil rights stalemates off dead center in the '50s, acquiring the lowering of the voting limit from 21 years to 18 years of age, a more workable farm policy and major changes to planning procedures in various regions of the United States, including California, I hope to achieve similar success in using our "problems" to create opportunities.

We must streamline procedures, be more sensitive to neighborhood needs and correct blighting situations before they destroy neighborhoods and property values. The alleys on the west side need major work. The arterial traffic pattern on the East side needs to be completed as soon as possible. The damaged water tank needs to be repaired as soon as possible. Why are we waiting with our hand out for Federal help which delays solutions to the problem while costs escalate?

I've been helping individual citizens solve problems with local government for over 35 years. I intend to continue doing that for all of our citizens once I'm elected. This will require local input and assistance rather than outside consultants and studies.

Together we can keep Paso Robles the place we want to live and also make it the place our children and grandchildren can live, grow and enjoy.
