Water
Current solutions lead to future opportunities. Nacimiento water has already been contracted for. We cannot change that. We must look to the opportunities this presents.
Meeting future growth needs.
Planning for realistic expectations of future growth is the only way to avoid traffic, water and sewer problems. It is also the best way to acquire needed jobs and retail commercial opportunities. Workforce and low income housing require a true community effort.
Experience with success leads to future success.
Approximately 50 years of past success should lead to more success in the future.
