RESPONSIBLE LEADERSHIP

I will represent the interests of all of the people. Citizens will be treated with respect. Council members must be allowed to represent their constituents, I will conduct meetings that accommodate an open discussion of the issues.

TAX DOLLARS

Oceanside families have to live on a budget and so does government. Every taxpayer dollar must be treated as a public trust. I voted against the Manchester 2.2 million dollar giveaway. I will continue to protect your tax dollars.

As a lifetime public servant, I know that Oceanside must provide necessary services to the citizens. I have been responding to your emergency needs for 31 years, I will continue to protect Oceanside families by improving the lagging emergency response times. Years of growth have left Oceanside with an increased population but a deficient number of police and fire personnel.

I kept my campaign promise to stay in touch with resident's issues. I have conducted over thirty organized visits and dozens of individual visits to your homes.

I am a listener, not a big talker. I gather information from all sources and make up my own mind. If it is good for Oceanside, I will support it.

I am committed to establishing responsive and responsible leadership. I will unite, not divide.

MY ONLY JOB WILL BE TO SERVE AS YOUR MAYOR.
