Candidate for
Board Member; Lakeside Community Planning Area

After serving in the Navy, homeported in San Diego, I became a homeowner in Lakeside in 1969. I have been employed in the community since 1972. My past and current affiliations with local youth and charitable orginizations include the Lakeside Boys & Girls Club, Olaf Wieghorst Museum, Mother Goose Parade Association, the Lakeside and El Cajon Valley Lions Club, Optimist and D.A.R.E. I am a full time employee of a local business and my wife and I are partners in an East County Feed and Supply business. Having lived here over 30 years, I have a vested interest in the development, direction, and sucess of our rural community. The Lakeside Planning Group should be a leader in this endeavor by promoting well thought out plans and guidelines for issues concerning land use and growth. I ask that you allow me to be your representative in assisting that leadership role. I have proudly served on the planning group for the past four years. I feel I have made a positive difference with regards to property owners rights and land use. I ask for your continued support and your vote.
