• Support and maintain police, fire, and traffic safely levels.
• Live within the City's budget; I will not go back to our residents to balance the budget.
• Work to protect existing funding.
• Support quality development projects.
• Support on-going "Beautification" projects, ivy walls, and medians.
• Listen to our community concerns and act in the best interest of the citizens of La Palma.
• Embrace our cultural differences - I will work with our community to bring about the best of La Palma.

• Business Development Manager, New Avenue Systems.
• Information Technology field for over 25 years (16 years at Northrop Grumman and TRW as a Program Manager).
• Extensive experience dealing with Government Agencies.
• Proven experience in finding value-added solutions at an affordable cost.

• As the President of the Kiwanis Club of La Palma, I will strive to continue our community based activities and focus on:
  1. Support Pediatric Trauma Prevention Programs
  2. Support local schools and sponsored youth activities
  3. Work with neighboring communities to expand our outreach
• Active Member of H.O.P.E., an Orange County food bank serving the cities of La Palma, Cypress, and Buena Park
• Actively support The American Cancer Society, especially "Relay for Life"
• Pet Partners Program - my Labrador Cheri and I will team up to visit hospitals, convalescent homes, libraries, and schools
• PTA Member - Steve Luther Elementary School
• Former PTSO Member - Los Coyotes Elementary School

Coming from a large family, I believe in the importance of relationships, community support, and the hard work required achieving personal goals. My wife Dianna and I have been residents of La Palma for over 9 years. We have invested in our home and are raising our children, Ralph, Jr., Michael, and Sammi in this beautiful city we have grown to love. With my volunteer work and through my involvement with various community organizations I am committed to making a positive impact!
