Increased traffic is causing many to avoid parts of town and not let their children play in the front yard.
Fiscal Management
With $250,000 being approved for a public relations campain, thousands spent to paint an intersection blue, and Brea listed by the State as one of the top ten most indebt cities, fiscal management will be crucial in the years to come.
