Implement better "After School" programs that will keep our children focus on their studies and prevent crimes of tomorrow.
Implement better after school programs for our children that will not only keep them focus on their studies and develop them to their fullest capacity; but will keep them off the street, preventing future crimes. This will permit parents to achieve qualifications for better jobs. Ensuring and strengthening a better tomorrow for all of us.
