On behalf of the Fountain Valley Leadership Association, I am pleased to submit this statement of endorsement for you from the 36 members of our management organization. We are proud of this unanimous show of support for you, our current Board President, as you seek reelection to the Board of Trustees.

"On behalf of the management and confidential employees of the Fountain Valley Leadership Association in the Fountain Valley School District, I am proud to announce FVLA's endorsement of Board President Joanne Lew for reelection to the Fountain Valley School District Board of Trustees.

In light of the fact that Joanne Lew has served as a trustee for two successive terms and board president twice, she has proven herself to be a positive leader. Joanne Lew has additionally given generously of her time on the Board of Directors of the Fountain Valley Educational Foundation. She is clearly a pivotal and tireless force behind the Foundation's successful fund raising efforts for the District's instrumental and elementary music programs. Joanne Lew has served as an active and valuable volunteer within the Fountain Valley School District and the Huntington Beach High School District for the past 20 years, demonstrating leadership and her strong advocacy for children. Fountain Valley School District's excellent reputation as the highest academically performing elementary district in Orange County, our newly modernized school sites, and the fact that our District remains fiscally well managed, are in great part attributable to our Board of Trustees and the leadership of Joanne Lew.
