Board Member; Brea Olinda Unified School District; 4 Year Term

I was raised in La Habra, the middle-man of three brothers. My older brother is "special" so I was raised to understand and to accept the differences in people and their abilities. After graduating from La Habra High School I attended UC Santa Barbara where I graduated with "Honors" with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economic/Mathematics; I also played 3 years of Varsity Tennis and was member of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. It was at UCSB that I met my wife Vickie, we have been married for 26 years. American Express was my first job, after 8 years I left for 5 years to serve as a VP in a large California bank, but then returned to American Express where I have worked for 22 years. Vickie and I lived originally in Pasadena, then New Orleans for 3 years, but settled in Brea where we have been for 21 years. It is here, in Brea, where we have raised our 4 children; one a college graduate, one in college and two at Brea Olinda High School. During my life in Brea I have served the community in a variety of ways, all related to our children and their development and well being. We attend church at North Hills Church and Yorba Linda Friends Church.
