Top Priorities if Elected
  • To protect the neighborhoods of Costa Mesa, working with the police to eliminate gang activities and ensure safe neighborhoods.
  • Slum landlords are the cause of the deterioration of the Westside. Implement a vigorous and meaninful code enforcement.
  • No further projects to increase traffic in the downtown areas. No to the Bridges, access problems of other cities should not burden the citizens of CM

The Most Important Issue Facing the City
Slum Landlords who do not reside in the city, or even in the state, set the conditions of inevitable deterioration of dwellings and streets.
The City's Joint Use Agreement with the Schools
Other problem arise in the lack of maintenance of the playing fields, both the City and the Schools have been lax in meeting their obligations under the Agreement and seem to seek to evade the responsibilities agreed to.
Are City Leaders doing a good job handling the budget an pressures on it from the State?
The actions of the policy makers, the Council are less praiseworthy and, to many, indefensible.
