CITY OF KINGSBURG PROPOSED CHARTER AMENDMENT, MEASURE N (CITY CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 2004-1). Should the City Charter be amended to add a paragraph (F) to Section 2.02 of the City Charter to read as follows: "The City shall establish residential growth control regulations which will place a limit on the number of residential building permits that may be issued annually."

PROPUESTA DE ENMIENDA A LOS ESTATUTOS DE LA CIUDAD DE KINGSBURG, MEDIDA N (ENMIENDA NO. 2004-1 A LOS ESTATUTOS DE LA CIUDAD). ¿Deberán enmendarse los Estatutos de la Ciudad para agregar un párrafo (F) a la Sección 2.02 de los Estatutos de la Ciudad que diga lo siguiente: "La Ciudad establecerá normas de control del crecimiento residencial que pondrán un límite al número de permisos de construcción residencial que se puedan emitir anualmente."?
