Position Papers
Common Sense
While the City has spent an enormous amount of money on studies and surveys, wouldn't it make more sense to apply those monies to common sense applications, such as services for our community? Too many simple solutions have been overlooked.
Redevelopment
I support redevelopment as a means for improving our community, but I believe it can be done differently.
Affordable Housing
There has been inadequate planning for housing in our community. When housing units are taken out of service for their precious sewer permits and used for building timeshares, our community loses.
