1. What can be done to ensure that California gets its fair share of federal resources?

Answer from Fred T. "Tim" Willoughby:

Creative legislation is an important way- California should lead the nation in producing "green " energy- we should be the center of the hydrogen revolution.

California has the largest number of "unfunded" immigrant expenses and should be fighting for commensurate funding.


2. What are your foreign policy priorities for the United States?

Answer from Fred T. "Tim" Willoughby:

Disentangling our oil interests from our foreign policy

Fighting terrorism by erasing its root causes: unemployment, education and abhorant treatment of women

Restoring credibility through ending pre-emptive policy


3. What are your priorities for the federal budget?

Answer from Fred T. "Tim" Willoughby:

End deficit spending

Secure Social Security

Reduce defense spending- increase infrastruccture spending:eduction, research, transportation
