Daniel Joseph Smiechowski was born on Christmas Eve 1953 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He attended public schools in San Diego, California. Daniel is a graduate of San Diego State University where he majored in French language...he has travelled abroad 16 times and has just returned from Reunion Island where he completed a triathlon. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent and former school teacher. He is also a former member of the Clairemont Planning Group and Clairemont Town Council. Daniel is fluent in French and remains concerned over America's Foreign Policy. He remains active in speaking out against the occupation of Iraq.
