Protection, Improvement and Preservation of our Neighborhoods
Hello. My name is Francisco Zermeņo.

I am a Democrat and a Union member. I am a member of the Hayward Demos, the Vice President of the Greater Hayward Demos, and a founding member, Vice President and the Newsletter Editor of CALDO.

I have been an educator at Chabot College for 25 years, a small business owner, with my wife, for 18 years, was a Library Commissioner for one year, and presently, I am the Chair of the Planning Commission.

I am Mexican by birth, a U.S. citizen Democrat by choice, and this my 40th anniversary in the United States.

I am a Candidate because I feel that more CAN be done in Hayward for the enhancement of our small businesses,

our Downtown,
our auto row,
our schools, and
our housing.

My message to Hayward voters is "Protect, Improve and Preserve Our Neighborhoods, leading to easier equal access to all Hayward opportunities."

Protection is important, because, if citizens, students and businesses feel protected well, they will improve their quality of life, their education, and the economy of our city. This will empower people, create good leaders for our future, and strengthen the local economy, leading to improvement and pride.

Vote Zermeņo for Hayward, Heart of the Bay!

Thank you y gracias mil.
