Position Papers
Fire Safety depends upon reliable water.
Once again I ask for your vote. I will repay your confidence by supporting policies based upon engineering excellence, following the advice of professional engineers and water system experts, protecting the environment, assuring fire safety, and by supporting policies that manage the cost of water to provide the highest quality service and product at the lowest possible price.
Why the Renewal of the El Granada Pipeline Must be a 16-inch gravity flow pipeline
The required diameter of the El Granada pipeline is determined by the laws of physics and should not be allowed to become a political issue decided by individuals who want to slow or stop growth in our community. The physics determine fire safety, not community politics.
