  • Base government decisions on law and science instead of egos, emotions, bias, favoritism or the buddy system.
  • Revise the current "houses everywhere" land use plan to be more affordable, sustainable and respectful of the environment.
  • Rightsize and balance infrastructure capacities (water, sewer, roads, schools) for adequate service without overstimulating growth and speculation.
