  • Maintain focus of District's prime function-provide quality water at the best cost in the most environmentally sound manner.
  • Maintain the efficiency of the district's operation. This district has been a shining example well beyond district boundaries.
  • Since CA is growing faster than Bangaladesh, stabilizing population is essential or our resources and land use plan will be overwhelmed.
