GOOD DECISION-MAKING RELIES ON GOOD COMMUNICATION
An on-going dialogue that respects the viewpoints of all college participants must immediately begin. As the college faces making important decisions, the board cannot expect the support of the Marin community if it does not have the support the campus community.
HIRING A PRESIDENT DURING A CHALLENGING PERIOD
College of Marin must seek a new president who can meet the unique needs of our college and community. This individual will be expected to address several issues including maintaining quality programs and services while improving fiscal accountabllity and resources within a changing and limited economy.
