Through special committee, refine and reform current structure and ask Legislation to enact new measures to secure funds for the elderly and install compliances to eliminate fraud.
By reform and refinement create new revenue to be used to ensure qualifying elderly the programs and medical attention mandatory for a fair and reasonable way of life.

By reform and refinement and legislation and referendum, re-classify Welfare recipients to ensure that fraud is minimized and people who can be found capable of working are removed from the program. Develop new work programs for people who are capable of working to create a new entity of "work for the future" where businesses can provide a space for the person qualified and in turn that person would receive Welfare support in exchange of hours. This program would cost the business no out of pocket expense and provide a place for the Qualified person a chance to learn skills for their future.
