		REGISTER to VOTE You must have registered before September 22 to vote on October 7. Fill out the Online Registration Form from the Secretary of State. See Voter Registration in California from the League of Women Voters. ABSENTEE BALLOT VOTING Request an official ballot by submitting a form or letter to your county elections office before February 26 or request one in person at the office. A voted ballot must be received by the county elections office or polling place by March 5 at 8:00 pm.
