beware the incumbentThe one word that should strike terror in any voters heart is Incumbent.Although I believe that public service in the elected sector is something that every citizen should participate in,I also believe that the service should be a burden to be borne, then shifted to others with fresh ideas. Our political system,is more a septic system,with incumbents clogging the the drains. It's time to flush .It starts with the commitment by the electorate to make a change.If at all possible never vote incumbent,that person needs to find a new job,not one at our expense.Only by purging our political body of the poison brought on by the stagnation of incumbency will a healthy political arena exist |
