Candidate for
Commissioner; Port San Luis Harbor District

I have fished and worked out of Port San Luis since 1981. I served as Harbor Commissioner from 1996 to 2000. I am committed to protecting our marine environment / rescources and the preservation of the unique characteristics that make Port San Luis special.

As your marine Game Warden for 23 years, I am in regular contact with sport and commercial fishermen, Port San Luis business owners, Port San Luis employees and recreational users of the Port. Couple my very real involvement with the daily activities of the Port and 11 years of local government experience, I am your qualified candidate for Harbor Commissioner. I truly enjoyed working to improve our Port in the past and wecome the opportunity to do so again.

I took first place for heavy bag weight (2 halibut) on the second day of the annual Port San Luis Halibut Tournament this year. I was recently recognized as "Team Member of the Year" by fellow marine Game Wardens. Wife and daughters are doing really great.
