Maintain the Quality of Life in our City. Keep our community for our Children, Senior Citizens and Working Residents first and provide adequate parking for the beaches and the pier.

Develop a comprehensive Master Plan for the remaining development of Oceanside. Let's get the most bang for the buck.

El Corazón needs a community Plan. Let's develop it gradually with pride, as we can afford it.

City government should benefit residents of the city and not compete with private enterprise.

Give Public Safety First Priority.

Efforts should be made to bring in Industry that pays living wages, not minimum wages, and provides taxes to the City.

The City Council must be less preoccupied in creating an up-scale City that prices current residents out of the community. Help keep taxes and housing within reach of the working men, women, retirees and their children who came to this city and want to stay here and retire here. Parents should not have to watch their children move away because they can't afford to pay for their own housing.
