Smart Voter Political Philosophy for Parker Stokes

Candidate for
Board Member; Lakeside Joint School District; 4 Year Term

This information is provided by the candidate

During my tenure on the Board of Trustees I have been involved in personnel recruitment, selection, and contract negotiation. I have been instrumental in getting Measure B construction back on track for our new multi-purpose facility.

I believe Lakeside has begun a period of transition with new leadership and staff. I have participated in, and appreciate, our Lakeside traditions. I expect those to be maintained as the foundation for the future. We also have an infusion of new creative energy that will help create the programs and traditions for the 21st century.

Finally, I believe in our community, its richness of diversity, resources and commitment to our students. I have the background and proven experience to bring all those elements together with our staff to foster an incredible educational experience for the students of our district.
