  • Current important issues that I will work on are: Cost increases that are not recognized in the current financial plan or water rates;
  • District leadership and management continuity; Drinking water quality issues related to groundwater use and new requirements;
  • Implementation of mandated water meter program.
Edward J. "Ted" Costa 20,462 votes 28.1%
