Smart Voter Full Biography for Gregory Gash

Candidate for
Councilmember; City of Salinas; District 5;

This information is provided by the candidate

A graduate of Monterey High. An architectural drafting major at Monterey Peninsula College.

I'm a life long resident of the Monterey Peninsula, and would like the opportunity to meet the needs of the people and businesses in my district. I've managed three multi-million dollar businesses for the last 12 years, and have owned and operated an Architectural Drafting Service for eight years. I know how to manage people and resources, and I believe our city is capable of allocating funds properly with the right leadership.

I am involved both professionally and personally in district 5. My wife Dorcas and I have 5 children and want to keep our streets safe. We support our officers 100% and want to see neighborhood safety patrols. We need to be less tolerant to crime and gang activity, and get more citizens involved in crime watch programs.
