Recognizing the importance of good jobs and a stable economy. To protect and strengthen the economic health of the San Fernando Valley by ensuring balanced and appropriate development, creating pre-entitled projects to bring specific benefits to the community, and to encourage the creation of high quality, high pay, stable jobs and businesses.

Engage in pro-active planning and development. Decide what we need at a certian location, then go find the developer to do it. Don't wait for the developers to come to us.

Eliminate over time the Gross Receipts Tax on business.

Create a business -friendly environmant. Streamline permiting process.
