Berkeley is facing a major budget crunch. The City Council will have to look at program cuts and creative ways to improve the efficiency of vital city services. Gordon showed that we can solve this budget problem, when, as a parks and recreation commissioner, he helped save the department budget without increasing taxes and with improved services. |
