I have worked all my life trying to help women gain equal rights. I have spent most of my lifetime fighting on television, newspapers, radio and locally always for the smaller, poorer, persons and women's rights. The reason why I am doing this is that I have a strong mother, who worked very hard all our life at three jobs. In addition, how our family held together with great knowledge, common sense and wisdom. She was and is a leader within the community, always pays the taxes and lives by the Ten Commandments. Her grandfather spoke and wrote six different languages, taught at the University of Illinois then got the call of God and ministered on the grounds that the O'Hara Airport is now located. They named Wolf Road in Des Plaines after him, where his graveyard is near Chicago, Illinois. It is still on every map of Chicago, but they moved his Church. My parents and family practice Theology, and have been good citizens. We vote in all the elections and work the voting booths, and town hall meetings. With the leadership, common sense, and correct knowledge in Civics that my family has given me, I feel I can solve some current gender, globalization, and democratization problems if people will read and take a second to listen to new ideas! We need to pass an equal rights amendment or at least not be hypocritical towards other nation's political policy within our world. I found this need because 158 of our Americans died in Kuwait, and to this day, there are slaves that were placed back in Kuwait by their dictators. Twelve Californians died, with nine of them from the Army as I served in, as a Military Policeman, during Viet Nam era. I am concerned when blood is shed from Americans, that we should at least apply our minimum system of government for those people who "we have put" back into power. Now with Afghanistan's fate coming up what will be done to determine along the same lines of democracy on a volunteer basic as human rights. We must be more careful than ever to play special needs of gender into government for minimum benefits. First rule is our constitution, the second rule for our bill of rights, the third would be civil rights, and the fourth rule follows with American affirmative action, with human rights. Those rights will make sure that women do not have to carry around with veils covering their heads and there are no needs for children and our local California schools to allow this, as they are only children. I was amazed and upset to find out that these children in California private schools have fewer rights than my own school and my fellow classmates have. If we are to survive as a nation without terror, not have our buildings destroyed, and not have Anthrax sent through our mail. We need on a volunteer basis, a new franchise government, placed into jurisdiction, from our taxpaying power and aid. We should at least know what kind of government is going to be place to prevent further destruction of our system. We can spread our system of government to those who want it and ignore those that do not want it, by leaving them alone. It is stupid for us to use our tax paying dollars to place anything but our system of government into any government's position anywhere on Earth. This could be what some of the people of the world want and sometimes they get mad about when we do not help, or at least offer what we have at home in America. We are hypocrites, by not thinking this out fairly. I cannot understand to this day, why somebody somewhere has not come up with this solution. In the following; The layout, possibility the answers! Most Nations do not want to copy other Nations and people do not want to copy other people's formats of government, or are too proud to spread their system of government throughout the world. We must look at why I could argue that any nation that allows slaves to be placed back into other nations like in 1997 "the nineteen nineties" has not been looking at our world as a whole. Now, with the onset of terrorism in our New York and Washington buildings and in Pennsylvania, plus in and throughout our mail system, we "must change" our way of thinking. The logical unit looks at the situation and says why, why not? Why not make our system of government on a volunteer basis that works the best over 225 years, available for other countries to use? Right now, our nation needs revenue and what better way to create revenue than to set up other countries within our world that will be generating revenue into both countries. Knowledge and wisdom is available to those who use it, and just using common sense, one would understand, this system could work, should work, and will work. All great countries within our world should be operating their GDP Gross Domestic Product at plus or minus of only three percent in their debt ratio. What greater way to balance our budget and to generate revenue for another country and ourselves on a peaceful volunteer basis. We will trade back and forth, without the interruption of terrorism from the two happy countries. Capitalist countries should not attack other capitalized countries with a franchise program in effect. Though some will still argue it will not work, think about this or argue with what format should we use? Take a moment and add your solution that will work. To all the great leaders within our world, what leader would give up his throne, if he knows that he will only be in power for eight years? Eight more years on his throng is not enough, just take a look at President Ronald Reagan, he wanted to stay in office as long as he could. Bill Clinton president, wanted to stay in office, because the power of the office sometimes is overwhelming, except to great leaders like President George Washington, who knew that eight years was enough, and laid the groundwork for others to follow. I will strongly argue that no leader within our world "of a dictator type" wants to give up his throne, or reign of power, within eight years. One could argue what is the answer. Taking Saddam Hussein as an example, why would he ever invade Kuwait, if he knew we would come over and stop his power with "the balance of power" like the United States has; plus having fair elections, thus creating only eight years for the president. What dictator is going to want to have to combat, or get into combat with the United States, "Super power" and then have to give up his throne? This alone could settle some tension throughout the world. Then, even if it only helps one or two countries a year or one country every ten years, this is a better record of accomplishment then we have had for the last 225 years. I would argue that the IMF, The World Bank, and the World Trade Organization, could get along better, within the world, if they knew they were spreading a free press, with human rights, throughout the world; rather then dictatorships with less desirable rights, protests, and destruction. What do all of those agencies really want? This strong basis for gender, globalization, and democratizations will work. This could be provided in the future, that should have been proven in the past, and will work in the present. All we have to do is try it then, we will know of its success, or failure. We need to get on the ball with something new, because of the current September 11th. attack on our nation and the lack of human rights for women, as proven repeatedly in Afghanistan. This will work in some of the (about 9 to 17 to start out with) nations of Africa, The Middle East, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, North, Central and South America. Maybe someday we can offer freedom for the countries of Cuba, North Korea, and others who want democracy. This can happen anywhere else in the world for the people, through electronic media, the internet, the cell phone technology with one common translated language through the newest computers, and with television, in 2001 and 2002. We can do this with the newest technology that has arrived here daily through our people, with "the use of freedom" to expand our knowledge and with the help of free expressions and inventions.
