Smart Voter Political Philosophy for John Collamer Duncan

Candidate for
Member, Republican Party County Central Commmittee; County of Marin; Supervisorial District 3

This information is provided by the candidate

I am running because the committee needs new members with strong planning, business and political skills in order to become effective and gain credibility at the state and national levels.

Some of the key functions of the Central Committee should include:

  • Developing a communications program (including a website) to inform Marin Republicans about candidates, events, and legislation that will impact California Republicans.
  • Identifying and train a base of potential candidates for every office in this county, and support these candidates in eventually running for higher office.
  • Raising funds from individuals and companies to support local activities and candidates.

Local businesses will not give their support unless the Central Committee leadership has a strong business plan with capable professionals to carry out that plan. That is why I, and a group of other concerned Republican professionals, have decided to seek election in Marin. We represent a mainstream platform of fiscal responsibility and desire to improve our community and schools.

Please help us to revitalize the Republican Party in Marin!
