Lack Of Public Safety
Public safety is one of the most important issues that must be addressed. People want to feel safe within their homes and within their community. People want their children to feel safe and have that sense of security.
Problems With Recruitment and Retainment of Deputy Sheriffs
I'm running for office to get the department in the right direction to achieve the goals and objectives that we set out to reach. Such goals and objectives are aggressive recruiting and retainment of deputy sheriffs. We cannot reach those goals under our present plan.
People Helping People
Until we can fulfill our deputy sheriff vacancies, the Sheriff's department must reach out to the community for help. The Sheriff's department belongs to the community so the community must get directly involved with the Sheriff's department.
