Intention: Promote continued support and assist in the leadership of an excellent Fire Fighting Unit, NCFD.I am an incumbent on the Board of Directors for the North Monterey County Fire District and I am seeking your vote because I wish to serve another term of office to promote continuity, cohesiveness and trust among the board, the administration, the bargaining units and the public.I am qualified by education and experience for this position. I have researched and authored scientific studies which focus on the effective and efficient performance of the duties of firefighters. Based on my research and experience with the people at the fire district it is my opinion the district provides the finest service available as a result of its high caliber employees, whom I support, as a board member, with the leadership needed to keep them notivated, trained, and equipped with the best and up to the minute fire fighting technologies. It is my intention as an Organizational Psychologist and NCFD Board member to continue these practices and provide ethical, moral, fair, and pragmatic solutions to all issues that concern fire district personnel, its adminstration, bargaining units and constituents. |
