On November 7th, vote John Suazo for Healdsburg City Council
John Suazo, Healdsburg High School Graduate and St. John's Catholic School alumin, is prepared to represent the people of Healdsburg for years to come. After concluding his education at Dominican University of California as the recipient of the most outstanding Student Award, he represented California as one of three Latinos chosen by the National Association of Latino Elected Officials Educational Fund to participate in a Fellows Program.

John was a top scholar, athlete, and social servant during his time at Dominican, where he completed his time at Dominican, where he completed his studies with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. The Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services and the R.L. Hartung Chevron Achievement Award are among his accolades. He current Social Worker, he also serves on the Board of Directors of the Healdsburg Boys and Girls Club as well as a member of the Healdsburg Community Center Committee.

As a candidate for the Healdsburg City Council, John looks forward to bringing a new energy and perspective. Among the issues he stands for are:

  • Affordable housing for the residents of Healdsburg
  • More Open space for public access and trails in our community
  • Invest in our youth and expand city involvement
  • Construction of the Healdsburg Community Center
  • Support new businesses that benefit Healdsburg residents
  • More athletic opportunity for adults and youth Be more aware of the cultures among our community
  • Improve public parking downtown
  • More public access to the city government
  • Offer more to our senior community
  • Protect the surrounding environment
