I am honored to say that the citizens of Daly City have elected me Treasurer seven times and I have completed 28-years of service to my community.

During that time I have maintained close, on-going control over all city revenues and applied them to earn maximum interest. This practice has resulted in Daly City earning the funds necessary to keep our taxes among the lowest in San Mateo County.

My wife, Carole and I have been Daly City homeowners since 1957. I never forget that it is my neighbors tax dollars that I have been entrusted with and I take the responsibility seriously.
