Water Crisis

By Vincent "Vince" McCarthy

Candidate for Director; Nipomo Community Services District; 2 Year Term

This information is provided by the candidate
Cost of Supplemental water to the ratepayers of the NCSD could be astronomical if not controlled now!
I have been a resident of Nipomo for 35 years. I have raised a family here, I am also a active member of the NCAC Water Committee.

It is my desire to reduce your water bill. Through my Comittee work, I have become concerned that the actions of the present Board are going to radically increase your water bill. I promise to work to reduce your water bill. If you are concerned, I hope that you will vote for me,instead of the current board members.

My engineering and technical background, coupled with my reading and work on the water situtation, will enable me to insure the best and least expensive water alternatives are used to meet your water needs.

I believe that because of the water resource situtation in Nipomo, that moderation should be used in conserving our ground water resource until a supplemental water source can be found.

You can be assured that you can contact me about your water concerns at anytime. My phone number is 929-3637 and my e-mail address is: vmccar@juno.com. I will always be available to help you protect our water. Please vote for me to keep your water bill low.
