By Sukh S. Chahal

Candidate for City Council; City of Stockton; District 4

This information is provided by the candidate
A desire to improve and meaningful contribution to the city's image. A desire to utilize tax money on worthy projects for tax payers.
Today we face grave and growing problems in public services, such as water system and sewer system, not to forget our detriorated streets and sidwalks. Some areas of the city do not have all of the public sevices. A worthy project for tax payers is to provide all public services throughout the city.

In the intrest of public health and safety, it is important that the city water system remains a public service maintained and operated by the city staff and not be given away to a private company.

I stand for an environment beneficial to life through the protection and wise management of resources in the people's interest by recognising the inter relationship of air qualty, water qualty, land use and waste manegement. Promote the well being of seniors, failies, children and combat discrimination, poverty and violence. Uphold the social and economic justice throughout the City of Stockton.
