Let's keep a good thing going!

I'm proud to report I've kept the promises I made to voters. When I ran for the school board four years ago, I promised to concentrate on issues that directly affected the children of our community. Today our District's reading and math scores are up dramatically, every school has a computer lab and there are computers in all of our classrooms. Class sizes are smaller in all grades. Teacher salaries are up. Our budget is balanced and the District has a prudent reserve.

Every District school now has new heating and air conditioning and we have begun an aggressive district-wide remodeling project that will modernize each of our schools. We have just completed Strauch School. I invite you to visit there and see just how good these revitalized schools look. Naturally, I don't take all of the credit for this. There are many others that have contributed to these successes.

Together we can move forward to even greater accomplishments! Our children are our greatest resource. We cannot leave any of them behind.

I'm pleased to be endorsed by parents, teachers, business and community leaders. Let's keep a good thing going! Thanks for your vote!
