David Mintz is a tough experienced criminal prosecutor. He received the Los Angeles County Bar Association's highest rating, "well-qualified" and is the ONLY candidate who was rated qualified.

He has protected our community by convicting criminals of murder, robbery, child molestation, burglary, driving under the influence, and other serious crimes. For over fifteen years, he has obtained tough prison sentences for violent felons.

David Mintz is a respected law professor at Pepperdine University School of Law. He also teaches legal seminars for prosecutors, lawyers, and police officers, and has written extensively about criminal law for legal publications.

David Mintz was the Deputy-in-Charge of the District Attorney's Real Estate Fraud Unit and was responsible for prosecuting criminals who defrauded elderly homeowners.
