  • Make a major upgrade to computer systems to improve the staff's ability to respond to day to day requirements and avoid the loss of tax dollars.
  • Make the office much more responsive to the public by instilling in the staff an attitude of customer service.
  • Improve the flow of information to the public and entities by giving free and open access to Assessor information over the Internet.
