Some Alarming Statistics About Our Schools and Community
On A performance scale of 1-10, the State of California gives Fresno Unified a 3.

Our School Board conducts public business behind closed doors.

In the last few years, District reading scores have improved less than 3 percentile points. At this rate it will take 15 years for district scores to reach AVERAGE.

Taxpayers give over $600 million dollar per year to the District.

80% of the children in Fresno County Juvenile Hall cannot read at Grade level.

1 in 5 students entering Fresno Unified High Schools drop out.
