Judge of the Superior Court; County of Fresno; Office 3

This information is provided by the candidate

DAN CASAS AGE: 46

Occupation: Deputy District Attorney

Education and Qualifications: As a Deputy District Attorney and former Fresno Police Officer, I served on the front lines fighting crime. I have arrested and prosecuted THIRD STIKERS, RAPIST, MOLESTERS, ROBBERS, DRUG DEALERS, and MURDERERS. MY CRIMINAL CONVICTION RATE IS OVER 92%

Fresno County needs experienced judges, and judges who have actually tried a jury trial. I am the only candidate with both civil and criminal jury trial experience.

As a parent, veteran, former Green Beret, Fresno Police Officer, civil trial attorney and criminal prosecutor, I bring broad-based life experience to the bench.

I strongly support victims' rights, Three-Strikes, the death penalty, and harsh punishment for juvenile offenders.

As a law and order candidate, I am supported by law enforcement and judges throughout the county, and endorsed by District Attorney Ed Hunt.

I am a Fresno native, Fresno State Alumnus, and UCLA Law graduate who will work hard to make our streets and neighborhoods safe for our children and families

Fresno County deserves judges who have the courage to enforce the laws that take vicious predators off the street, and restore confidence and efficiency back into our courts.

My pledge is to serve YOU with COURAGE, COMMITMENT, AND COMMON SENSE.
