Limiting federal tax rate to under 25%
I have designed a fair, easy to administer tax code that eliminates all withholding, is lower in rate, and will still yield our tax coffers with revenue to sustain defense, social security, medicare, and all other needs of government.
Without fiscal discipline our financial planning is not reliable
Since 1950 Congress has incurred deficits in 46 of 50 years. Budgets were balanced in 1951, 1956, 1957 and 1960, yielding a lower national debt in those years. In every other year, Congress shirked its duty to carefully administer the tax money extracted from the American taxpayer.
This one is for Ripley's "Believe It Or Not"
Funding Social Security and Medicare can cost only $1,000 for each baby boy and baby girl born in the U.S.A. The only problem is, we must establish an interim system to provide for all of us older people when WE retire.
