Position Papers
Return of property tax to cities, counties and special districts
Since 1992/93 the State has taken $422 million in property tax from the Senate District; must negotiate a return.
Health Care
We only have a community and an economy if we have affordable and accessible health care for all Californians.
Roads and Transportation
$100 billion is needed in transportation. The cities & counties must have a say in how $$ are spent as well as regional views to transporation corridors.
