Crime Victims United of California, the only statewide, bipartisan, registered political action PAC, crime victim organization that endorses congressional, state legislative, judicial, district attorney and sheriff candidates. John LemMon won this endorsement after careful examination of his record, questionaire and interview and was determined to be the best candidate to represent public safety and victim's rights. Harriet Salarno, Chair of Crime Victims United of California wrote on behalf of the organization, "We wish you every success and look forward to your strong voice in helping to balance the scales of justice."

Three Strikes You're Out ! Tough on Crime Law organization and founder Mike Reynolds. The Three strikes recidivist provisions were initially enacted by the legislature in 1994 and established an alternative term scheme with dramatically increased punishment for recidivists with any prior violent or serious felony convictions. In the general election of November 8, 1994, the voters enacted Proposition 184, which reenacted essentially similar langauge as an initiative. Mike Reynolds was a prime motivator behind the original scheme. As more groups and individuals learn of John LemMon's background as a Justice Professional, he believes more endorsements from those concerned with law, order, and public safety will endorse his candidacy.

ADDITION: Sonoma County Citizens for Law and Order, Founder and Past Chairman Richard C. Delsi (note bene: the organization no longer exists as an active organization as they have acheived their purpose)
