Favorite spot in Sacramento? - we really do not have a favorite "spot". We generally go to events that catch our interest. Generally any family type stuff where my teenage son has ample access to hot dogs and endless supplies of food.

Favorite Hobbies and activities? Surfing the net for any site related to: urban planning, astronomy, cosmology, or economics. Currently working on a book on what I perceive to be the coming economic boom within urban core zones and cities. The tentative title is, "Quadranomics: The Coming Civilizations".

Favorite books and why? I've got to admit it is the book I am currently writing, "Quadranomics: The Coming Civilization". It is my favorite because I passionately believe, as the book describes, that cities are going to restructure themselves into dynamic, quality of life environments. The greatest economic opportunities in the coming years will be in the re-invention and re-development of cities.

Why did you decide to run for Mayor? I want to continue and expand the effort that Mayor Serna initiated in his efforts to improve the city's schools. Nothing else we do in this city will have as significant and as long lasting an positive effect upon our city as the creation of a high quality education system in Sacramento.

What sets you apart from the other candidates? I have a specific vision for our city and I am quite sure I know specifically how to get us there.

What is the most important issue facing Sacramento? The need to develop a quality education system for Sacramento.

What do I want to be remembered for? That I helped Sacramento become an exciting, dynamic, high quality of life place to live but that I did it in a positive compassionate way.
